Is there a call-out fee?
30 € on the Basque coast. Nothing extra at our workshop in Hendaye. In ski resorts it depends on the area and time.
How fast can you come?
Usually within 2 to 3 hours, every day from 6 am to midnight.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes, 6 months, parts and labour, from the invoice date.
Will I lose my data?
No. A screen, battery or back glass repair does not touch your data. An iCloud backup is still recommended.
Are the screens original Apple parts?
No. They are compatible screens identical in quality to the original. REPHONE64 is an independent repairer, not authorised by Apple.
My phone fell in water. What should I do?
Switch it off, do not charge it, no rice, and call us straight away.
How do I pay?
For an urgent repair at your place, at the end of the repair once tested in front of you. You get an invoice.
Do you speak English?
Yes. You can call us in English, French or Spanish.
